DUTIES AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE SPORT AND LAW COMMISSION
Duties and obligations are:

  1. Help the Executive Committee (EC) members and the President to carry out their duties and obligations, especially for activities related to sports and law.
  2. Provide advice to EC members and the President regarding activities related to sports and law.
  3. Provide opinions or legal recommendations on any proposed or planned changes and/or exceptions to certain provisions of the Articles of Association and/or the Bylaws.
  4. Provide a suggestion that may changes and/or exceptions may be made to certain provisions of the Articles of Association and/or the Bylaws.
  5. Provide opinions or legal recommendations regarding any issues relating to membership requirements and the status of Indonesian Olympic Committee Members.
  6. Provide opinions or recommendations on any draft of the Indonesian Olympic Committee regulations.
  7. Provide opinions or recommendations to EC members and the President regarding matters related to or violations of law, ethics and organizational discipline.
  8. Make every effort to develop awareness, implementation and compliance with sports ethics to the Olympic Charter and the International Olympics Committee (IOC) Code of Ethics by every Member and the Indonesian sports community.
  9. Coordinate the planning effort of working programs and budgets related to their duties and obligations.
  10. Coordinate the preparation of program reports and budgets related to their duties and obligations.
